Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the WarNTY mobile application (the "App") operated by B-Line Stack LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

WarNTY is a warranty management application that allows you to:

  • Store and organize warranty information for your products
  • Upload and store warranty documents, receipts, and related files
  • Receive notifications before warranties expire
  • Use AI-powered features to extract information from documents
  • Ask questions about your warranty coverage
  • Generate claim packs for warranty claims

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account. You may register using:

  • Email and password
  • Google Sign-In
  • Sign in with Apple

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription Tiers and Pricing

4.1 Free Tier

The free tier includes:

  • Up to 5 warranties
  • Up to 5 AI document extractions (lifetime)
  • Up to 20 AI questions total (lifetime), with a maximum of 5 questions per warranty
  • 3 MB maximum file upload size
  • Warranty expiration notifications

4.2 Pro Tier

The Pro tier is a one-time purchase of $9.99 USD and includes:

  • Up to 50 warranties
  • Up to 100 AI document extractions (lifetime)
  • Up to 500 AI questions (lifetime), with no per-warranty limit
  • 10 MB maximum file upload size
  • Access to claim pack generation
  • All future Pro features

4.3 Claim Packs

Pro users may purchase additional claim packs as consumable in-app purchases. Claim packs are used to generate comprehensive warranty claim documentation.

5. In-App Purchases and Billing

All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By making a purchase:

  • You agree to the payment terms of your app store
  • Payment will be charged to your app store account
  • Prices are in USD and may vary by region
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or app store policies

To request a refund, please contact Apple or Google directly through their respective app stores.

You may restore previous purchases by using the "Restore Purchases" feature in the App.

6. AI-Powered Features Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The App uses artificial intelligence to extract information from documents and answer questions about your warranties. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
  • AI responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice
  • You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all extracted information
  • Claim packs are generated as a convenience tool and may not be complete or accurate for your specific situation
  • You should always review your original warranty documents and consult with the warranty provider directly for official information
  • We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content

7. User Content and Responsibilities

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the App, including documents, photos, and warranty information ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the App's services to you.

7.2 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of warranty information you enter
  • Maintaining backups of your important documents
  • Ensuring you have the right to upload any documents you submit
  • Verifying AI-extracted information against original documents
  • Complying with all applicable laws when using the App

7.3 Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

  • Is fraudulent, false, or misleading
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the App
  • Abuse or exploit the AI features beyond their intended purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Create fraudulent warranty claims or documentation

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by B-Line Stack LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Use our trademarks without permission
  • Remove any proprietary notices from the App

"WarNTY" and the WarNTY logo are trademarks of B-Line Stack LLC.

10. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Firebase, RevenueCat, and authentication providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Security of your data (though we implement reasonable security measures)
  • Compatibility with all devices or operating systems

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, B-LINE STACK LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated content
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless B-Line Stack LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your User Content

14. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse the App or its features

You may delete your account at any time by visiting our account deletion page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in class actions.

16. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
